     We’re Hiring: Behavior Technicians in Acton-Boxborough, MA! 

    Amergis Educational Staffing is proud to partner with a school in Acton, MA to hire Special Education Paraprofessionals for the 2025–2026 school year!

    ?? Position Details

    • Location: Acton, MA
    • Start Date: ASAP
    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:50 AM – 3:20 PM
    • Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
    • Pay Rate: Up to $28/hour – based on experience 

    ?? Role Responsibilities

    • Provide direct support to students in 1:1 and small group settings
    • Assist with behavior support plans and academic activities
    • Collect and record data on student behavior and progress

    ? Ideal Candidate Has

    • Experience in Special Education and Behavioral Support
    • Comfort working with students with high needs and behavioral challenges
    • Skills in de-escalation, data collection, and behavior tracking
    • Patience, flexibility, and a calm demeanor in dynamic environments
    • Willingness to support other students and classrooms as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable   
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
