Position Overview: 
The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for conducting student evaluations, delivering therapy services, and maintaining documentation in alignment with each student’s individualized plan of care and physician’s orders.

Position Details:

• Caseload: 36 students across 3 classrooms
• Age Group: Kindergarten through 2nd grade
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
  • 30-minute duty-free lunch
  • 32.5 hours/week
• Start Date: October 27, 2025
• Duration: 1 school year
• Pay: $75/hr

Weekly Schedule Highlights:

• Primary responsibility is to support the classroom throughout the school day until 1:45 PM.
• From 1:45 PM–3:00 PM, time is reserved for completing IEPs, evaluations, and other related responsibilities (unless a meeting is scheduled).
• Wednesdays begin with desk time to complete outstanding work.

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required by state/contract)
• Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must hold a Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsement
