• Pay Rate: $45/hour + Benefits

?? What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individualized instruction tailored to developmental and academic needs
• Support students in communication, behavior regulation, and daily routines
• Collaborate with families, support staff, and general education teachers
• Develop and implement IEPs and progress monitoring plans
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment

? Requirements:

• Experience working with children in special education settings
• Valid Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) license (or eligibility)
• Must pass background checks and drug screening
• Completion of required trainings (per school and state guidelines)
• CPR certification and health screenings (as applicable)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
