Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Nantucket, MA who is currently seeking a qualified RN Supervisor-Home Health & Hospice to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include:

Position: RN Supervisor – Home Health & Hospice

Description: Home visits – both home health and hospice patients

Total patients – 10-12 home health, ~6 hospice

Supervisory duties – 6-7 staff (RNs and rehab clinicians)

Location: Nantucket MA

Facility Type: Home visits

Start: 10/20 or 10/27

Duration: 13 weeks

Hours: 40 hours

Shifts: Days + rotating call – shared among staff

Requirements:
-Permanent MA RN license in hand
-Home health and Hospice experience
-Supervisor experience
