Are you an experienced aide looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students? We’re seeking compassionate, dependable professionals to join our team as School Aides, providing essential support to students with learning and behavioral needs in a school-based setting.

PAY: 17–$21/hour (based on experience)

?? Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers and specialists to support students with academic and behavioral needs
Assist students with mobility, personal care, and daily routines (training provided)
Help foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
Provide consistent encouragement to help students feel safe, supported, and empowered

??? Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Prior experience working with children or in educational settings is a plus
A genuine passion for helping students succeed
