PAY: 17–$21/hour (based on experience)

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to support students with academic and behavioral needs

• Assist students with mobility, personal care, and daily routines (training provided)

• Help foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment

• Provide consistent encouragement to help students feel safe, supported, and empowered

??? Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Prior experience working with children or in educational settings is a plus

• A genuine passion for helping students succeed
