About the Role:

Amergis is seeking experienced Emergency Room RNs to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department. This role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid response capabilities, and the ability to manage a wide range of acute patient conditions. Candidates must be comfortable working overnight shifts and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and discharge planning
• Document care plans, interventions, and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and HIPAA standards
• Provide a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for patients

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum 2 years of emergency room experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
• Must be 18+ years old
