 Premium Locum Opportunity: Occupational Medicine Physician Chicago Heights, IL

 Position Details:

·       Specialty:ABFM / ABIM

·       Type:Locum (Long-term, renewable annually)

·       StartDate: ASAP

·       Schedule:Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (flexible per plant needs)

·       PatientVolume: 7–10 patients/day

·       On-call:None

Clinical Scope:

·       Occupationalinjuries & Work Comp cases

·       Fit-for-dutyexams & physicals

·       Lightacute care & minor procedures (suturing, splinting, etc.)

·       Walk-insand occasional emergent cases

·       EMR:OHSIM

Team & Support:

·       Nursingteam (3 FT, 5 PRN)

·       Orientation:1 week

Requirements:

·       ILState License

·       BoardCertified (BC), DEA, BLS

·      1–2years experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine
