ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Nights | Enid, OK

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours/Week: 36 hours (Night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, various nights)

About the Role:
Amergis is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to provide critical care in a high-acuity environment. This role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid response capabilities, and the ability to manage complex patient conditions. Candidates must live at least 100 miles from the facility and be comfortable working rotating night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning
- Document care plans, interventions, and outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols and HIPAA standards
- Provide a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for patients
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
- NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications required
- Cerner charting experience required
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program (BSN highly desired)
- Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
- Must be 18+ years old
