Amergis Staffing is currently working with a much-respected facility in Lexington, KY and is hiring an experienced MRI Technologist (MRI Tech) on a contractual basis!

 

Position Details:

Contract Length: 12 weeks (+ ability to extend)

Start Date: 10/27

Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 40 (4×10’s) / Nights (7p-5:30a) / Thurs-Sun

 

Setting:

  • Community hospital

 

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
  • ARRT (MR), BLS

 

The MRI Technologist uses magnetic resonance imaging scanners and related equipment to capture specific images ordered by a physician to aid in patient diagnosis.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in the radiology field
  • Registered with the ARRT; if required by state regulations or contract specification.
  • One (1) one year of experience in related field preferred
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
