Position: Direct Care Professional
Location: Adams & North Adams, MA
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | All Shifts Available
Pay: $20/hour
Start Date: Immediate
Assignment Length: 13 weeks to start, with strong potential for extension

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a respected human services organization in Western Massachusetts to hire compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Professionals. This is your chance to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting — helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building meaningful relationships with residents and supporting their personal growth
Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging home environment
Helping implement individualized learning and behavior plans
Documenting progress and celebrating milestones

What You’ll Need:

Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma/GED or 1+ year of related experience
Reliable transportation
A passion for helping others and a calm, patient approach
