Amergis Educational Staffing is excited to partner with the Dover School District to hire Registered Behavior Technicians for the 2025–2026 school year! If you’re passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs and making a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
?? Position Overview
- Location: Dover, MA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, hours vary based on school
- Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
- Pay Rate: Up to $30/hour – based on experience
- Requirement: Active RBT Certification
?? Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 and small group behavioral support to students
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Support academic and social-emotional development
- Collect and document behavioral data using district-approved systems
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBA, and support staff to ensure student success
? Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in ABA or behavioral support roles
- Skilled in de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques
- Familiarity with data collection tools and behavior tracking methods
- Calm, patient, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to support multiple classrooms and student needs

Minimum Requirements:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license (as applicable per state/contract)
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years relevant experience preferred
- One year relevant experience preferred
- Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
