Part-Time School Psychologist (In-Person/Hybrid) – Cloverdale, OR
Job Type: Contract / Part-Time
Contract Duration: 2025–2026 School Year
Hours per Week: 20
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $65/hr
Work Setting: In-person preferred; hybrid work model available

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Part-Time School Psychologist to support students across K–12 settings. This role focuses on conducting evaluations for eligibility and developing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about Oregon law and eligibility requirements and have experience working in rural communities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to determine student eligibility for special education services
Develop and implement FBA/BIP plans in collaboration with educational teams
Provide consultation and support to educators and families regarding student mental health and developmental needs
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions


Minimum Requirements

Valid TSPC School Psychologist license in Oregon
Master’s degree in Psychology (preferred)
Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations
Familiarity with Oregon eligibility criteria and special education law
CPR certification (if applicable)
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
