• Location: Appleton, WI
• Grade Levels: K–5
• Pay Rate: $55/hour
• Benefits: Full benefits package

?? What You’ll Do:

• Create and implement IEPs in collaboration with families and staff
• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs
• Partner with general education teachers to support inclusive classrooms
• Track student progress and adjust plans as needed
• Foster academic, behavioral, and life skills development
• Maintain accurate documentation and mentor support staff
• Engage in school-wide initiatives and transitions

? What You’ll Need:

• Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license (required)
• Experience in Special Education (required)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Preferred certifications:
  • Standard Elementary, Secondary, or Special Teaching
  • Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1)
  • CPR, TB screening, health certificate
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and understanding of HIPAA/confidentiality standards
• Must be 18+
