Amergis Staffing iscurrently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) assignmentsin Thornton, CO!

 

Position Details:

Contract Length: 8-13 weeks (+ ability toextend)

Number of Openings: 2

Start Date: 10/22 or 10/29

Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 36 (3×12’s) /Nights (6:30p-7a) / Every other weekend

 

Setting:

  • LTAC hospital

 

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent RN Med/Surg experience
  • Experience with vents, central lines, and heparin drips
  • CO RN or Compact RN license
  • BLS and ACLS (AHA)

 

AmergisHealthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse toassume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursingprocess and the delivery of patient care. The nurse demonstrates ability tomake clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision.The nurse demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in thecoordination of patient care. Consistently performs according to nursingstandards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others inthe management of patient care.

 

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices. 
  • Full command of the English language, both verbal and written. 
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility contract or state regulation). 
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. 
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred. 
  • Current BLS card.
