Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | $80/hr Local or $3,300/week Travel | Full-Time | 1-Year Contract | District-Wide Support

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide district-wide coaching and behavioral support for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time role begins October 13, 2025, and runs through June 2026, offering $80/hour for local candidates or $3,300/week for travel.

Position Overview:

  • Location: District-wide support

  • Start Date: October 13, 2025

  • End Date: June 2026 (renewal possible)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Hours: 40/week (including paid lunch and planning time)

  • Modality: In-person preferred; virtual interview option available

Role Highlights:

  • No dedicated caseload; occasional direct service may occur

  • Support students without IEPs through consultation and coaching

  • Assist in writing FBAs and BIPs

  • Partner with an RBT to coach teaching staff and social workers

  • Focus on functional independence for high school-age students

  • Leadership-oriented role with minimal hands-on service

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Master’s degree in ABA, teaching, psychology, or related field

  • Experience in school-based behavior analytic services (preferred)

  • Pediatric experience (preferred)

  • CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable

  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
