Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | $75/hr | Part-Time | 7-Month Contract | Petaluma, CA Area

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide part-time behavioral consultation services across multiple school sites in the Petaluma, CA area. This in-person role begins October 6, 2025, and runs for 7 months, offering a competitive rate of $75/hour.

Position Overview:

Location: Petaluma, CA area (supporting 4 school sites)
Start Date: October 6, 2025
Duration: 7 months
Schedule: 3 days/week
Hours: 8 hours/day (24 hours/week)
Modality: In-person
Home Base: District office
Travel: Sites visited based on need (not designated per day)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and consult on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Attend IEP meetings for students with BIPs
Provide consultation to teaching staff (SPED and general education)
No direct services or staff training required
No RBT supervision responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master’s degree in ABA, teaching, psychology, or related field
Experience providing behavior analytic services in schools (preferred)
Minimum one year of pediatric experience (preferred)
CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
