The Emergency Department Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care in the emergency room setting or other emergent critical care areas.

Minimum Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse License within the state of practice
Minimum of one year emergency room experience preferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age

RN– Emergency Room| Shelton, Washington | $2,506/wk 36hrs guaranteed Night shift

Location: Shelton WA

Start Date: ASAP October start

Position: Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule:

36 hours per week

Shifts: 12-hour shifts – Nights Needed

Contract Length: 6 weeks

Pay Package Breakdown:

Total Weekly Gross (36 hrs): $2,506/week

Untaxed Housing Stipend: $770/week
Untaxed Meals & Incidentals Stipend: $476/week
Hourly Rate (Taxable): $35/hour
Overtime Rate: $52.50/hour

Total Weekly Gross (48 hrs): $3,066/week

All stipends are compliant with GSA guidelines and IRS tax-free requirements for travelers.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room Hospital experience
Active RN license (Washington or Compact state license required)

Strong communication, de-escalation, and patient observation skills
