Amergis is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The BCBA will play a critical role in supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs through evidence-based interventions, staff training, and collaboration with educators and families. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about fostering inclusive learning environments and driving meaningful student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to implement behavior strategies across school settings

• Provide direct support and supervision to paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis; adjust interventions as needed

• Deliver professional development and training sessions for school staff on ABA principles and behavior management

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of behavior goals

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Experience working in school settings or with school-aged children preferred

• Strong understanding of ABA methodologies and educational practices

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple caseloads and adapt to dynamic school environments
