Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Educational Services (BCBA – ES)
Start: ASAP
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours/week | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days virtual)
Contract Duration: 2025–2026 School Year
Openings: 2–3 Positions
Position Summary:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Educational Services (BCBA – ES) provides expert consultation, training, and behavioral support within the school setting. This role involves conducting behavioral evaluations, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and supporting students with academic and behavioral challenges. The BCBA – ES serves as a clinical educator, observing, assessing, and supervising behavioral service delivery to ensure high-quality support for students and staff.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide consultation and training to school staff on behavior analytic principles and strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection for all services provided
- Supervise implementation of behavior plans and provide ongoing coaching to staff
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards set by the BACB
Minimum Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- At least one (1) year of pediatric experience preferred
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
