We’re Hiring: School Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Fairmont, WV

?? Contract: Remainder of the 2025–2026 School Year
?? Support Model: 2:1 (BCBA / Behavior Technician to 1 student)

Are you a dedicated BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact in a school setting? Join our team and help support students with academic and behavioral challenges through expert consultation, training, and direct service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Supervise Amergis Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide hands-on support in a 2:1 setting with a non-verbal student.
• Deliver clinical teaching and behavioral guidance in the classroom.
• Ensure safe and effective service delivery — restraint training is required.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB. Required
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Teaching, or a related field.
• Preferred experience in school-based behavior analytic services.
• At least one year of pediatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification, TB screening, and health clearance (as applicable).
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
