School Psychologist | $65/hr | Full-Time | 33-Week Contract | Denton, TX Area

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a School Psychologist to support middle and either high school or elementary campuses in the Denton, TX area. This full-time, in-person role begins ASAP and runs through May 15, 2026, offering a competitive rate of $65/hour.

Position Overview:

Location: West side of Denton (Justin/Argyle area)
Start Date: September 28, 2025
End Date: May 15, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (37.5/week)
Modality: In-person
Interview: 1-day hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct re-evaluations (if assigned to middle and high school)
Provide psychological services and assessments
Collaborate with school teams to support student mental health and development
Participate in IEP meetings and intervention planning
Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

Minimum Requirements:

Valid Texas licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
Master’s degree in psychology (preferred)
Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations
CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
