Physical Therapist -Outpatient Facility

Position Overview:

An outpatient rehabilitation clinic is seeking passionate and dedicated Physical Therapists (PT) to join our dynamic team at our Fruitridge or Watt locations in Sacramento. 13 week assignment ( Temp to Perm) 

 Setting:

Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation clinic. 

 Fast-Pace ( 30 min evals)

 Patients:

A diverse caseload including post-surgical, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurological conditions

 Location:

Fruitridge and Watt locations – Sacramento, CA

 Pay Rate:

·        PT (Local): $66/hr

·        PT (Travel): $2,932.00 weekly gross

 Schedule:

·        5x 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday

 Shifts:

·        Day shifts only (typically between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patient evaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician’s orders when applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
