Direct Support Personnel II - Company Vehicle

The Direct Support Personnel II assists individuals withintellectual disabilities or mental health challenges with growth anddevelopment of interpersonal skills and activities of daily living in the home,community or residential setting. The Direct Support Personnel II worksdirectly with the resident and provides supports for activities of daily livingand adaptive skills.

• Role: Direct Support Professional
• Pay Rate: $20/hr
• Location: 215 Scheeler Rd, Chestertown, MD 21620
• Schedule: Set shift at one of 12 group homes

??Open Shifts

Full-Time ( 3 openings):

• 2 opening: 12am-8am (Mon-Fri + every other weekend)
• 1 opening: 4p-12a (Mon-Fri + every other weekend) 

Part-Time (34 openings): 3 shifts/week – weekend availability needed

• 12am–8am
• 8am–4pm
• 4pm–12am 

Double Shifts (All Accepted):– weekend availability needed

• 12am–8am / 8am–4pm
• 4pm–12am / 12am–8am
• 8am–4pm / 4pm–12am

Support individuals with intellectual/developmentaldisabilities in:

• Daily living tasks
• Healthy meal prep
• Accessing care & employment
• Promoting independence & self-expression

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid and current auto insurance
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health Certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize tasks
