Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)– 1:1 School-Based Support

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

 

Job Description:

We are seeking acompassionate and dedicated Registered BehaviorTechnician (RBT) to provide 1:1 behavioral support for a student withspecial needs at a school in the Kissimmee Area. The RBT will workunder the supervision of a BCBA, who will be present on thestart date to provide training and guidance.

The RBT willcollaborate with school professionals and behavioral specialists to implementApplied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and support the student’seducational and behavioral goals. Student information and Behavior InterventionPlan (BIP) will be provided upon start.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to a student with special needs
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record data on student progress
  • Collaborate with school staff and behavioral team
  • Maintain professional standards and confidentiality

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license (as applicable)
  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Associate’s degree in behavioral studies or related field (preferred)
  • Current CPR certification (if applicable)
  • TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
  • Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
