Are you passionate about helping students thrive emotionally, socially, and academically? Amergis Educational Staffing is teaming up with schools in the Seekonk, MA area to hire Social Emotional Paraprofessionals who will play a vital role in shaping young lives.

Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (32.5-35 hours per week depending on grade level)
- Location: Seekonk, MA
- Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
- Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with emotional and behavioral needs
- Help implement behavior support plans and academic activities
- Track and document student progress and behavior
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a safe, inclusive learning environment
- Step in flexibly to support other classrooms when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with students with high needs or behavioral challenges
- Skilled in de-escalation techniques and behavior tracking
- Calm, patient, and adaptable in dynamic school settings
- Comfortable with data collection tools and behavior monitoring systems
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Special Education or Behavioral Experience
- CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB test or chest x-ray (if applicable)
- Health certificate (as required)
- Must be at least 18 years old and meet all federal, state, and local requirements
