Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time School-Based Role
Location: Upland, CA
Start Date: September 29, 2025
Schedule: Part-Time, 3 Days/Week (Approx. 21 Hours)
Pay Rate: $75 per hour
Contract: 2025–2026 School Year

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Upland, CA. In this role, you will conduct student evaluations, provide therapy services, and maintain accurate documentation in alignment with individualized plans of care and physician orders. This position will oversee two elementary schools and offers a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive student evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct therapy services in accordance with the plan of care.
Document all services and progress notes accurately and timely.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.


Minimum Requirements

Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in California.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required by state/contract).
Compliance with all professional standards of practice.
Current CPR certification (if applicable).
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable).
Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Work Hours: ~21 hours/week (3 days)
