Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – $65/hr | Full-Time | Lansing, KS | 2025–2026 School Year

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a special education program serving students in grades 2–12 for the 2025–2026 school year. This in-person role begins October 6, 2025, and runs through May 2026, with placements determined through virtual interviews with school principals.

Position Details:

Location: Lansing, KS (campus placement based on interview)
Start Date: October 6, 2025
End Date: May 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (report times vary by grade level)
Hours: 37/week
Modality: In-person
Pay Rate: $65/hour
Grade Levels: 2nd–12th
Support Structure: Collaboration with RBTs, BCBAs, and behavioral staff

Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop intervention plans
Provide consultation and training to staff
Supervise behavioral service delivery in special education settings
Collaborate with school teams to implement behavior plans
Support group-based interventions and staff development

Minimum Requirements:

Current BCBA certification from BACB
Master’s degree in ABA, teaching, psychology, or related field
Experience in school-based behavior programs (preferred)
1+ year pediatric experience (preferred)
CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable
CPI and Amergiss CPT training (preferred)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
