Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – ABC Unified School District

ABC Unified School District is currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This is a full-time, ongoing position supporting students across the district.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation: Pay is negotiable based on experience and qualifications
Location: ABC Unified School District

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide training and consultation to school staff and families
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Collaborate with IEP teams and other support personnel

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification
Experience in school-based settings preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to supporting inclusive education
