Location Requirement: Must reside 75+ miles from facility
Position Overview:
We’re hiring experienced Emergency Department RNs to join a high-acuity team in a Level 1 trauma setting. This role requires recent trauma experience and the ability to deliver safe, effective care in emergent and critical care environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Triage patients based on severity and urgency
- Respond to life-threatening conditions with immediate action
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
- Assist in emergency procedures and manage critical equipment
- Provide discharge education and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA standards
Required Experience & Credentials:
- Active NH RN license or Compact Licensure
- Level 1 or 2 trauma experience within the last 2 years (required)
- ICU and Pediatric experience preferred
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Computer proficiency and strong communication skills
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Compensation:
Competitive weekly pay – $95/hour bill rate
