Start Dates:

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 36 hours/week
Shift: Day/Night Rotation (12-hour shifts)
Location Requirement: Must reside 75+ miles from facility

Position Overview:
We’re hiring experienced Emergency Department RNs to join a high-acuity team in a Level 1 trauma setting. This role requires recent trauma experience and the ability to deliver safe, effective care in emergent and critical care environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Triage patients based on severity and urgency
  • Respond to life-threatening conditions with immediate action
  • Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
  • Assist in emergency procedures and manage critical equipment
  • Provide discharge education and follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA standards

Required Experience & Credentials:

  • Active NH RN license or Compact Licensure
  • Level 1 or 2 trauma experience within the last 2 years (required)
  • ICU and Pediatric experience preferred
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Computer proficiency and strong communication skills
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Compensation:
Competitive weekly pay – $95/hour bill rate
