Key Responsibilities

The Long Term Care LPN assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of care to residents in a long-term care setting. The nurse demonstrates clinical judgment, critical thinking, and performance ability in coordinating patient care under supervision. This role adheres to nursing standards and supports the overall management of patient care.

Minimum Requirements

• Active LPN license in Washington State
• Current BLS certification
• PPD or Chest X-Ray (up to date)
• Health Certificate (if applicable)
• Minimum of 1 year professional nursing experience 
• Minimum of 1 year long term care experience 
• Successful completion of clinical specialty screening (score of 80% or higher)
