Location: Durham, NC
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Modality/Specialty: Behavioral Health / Crisis Services / Substance Abuse
Contract Length: 8 weeks

?? Schedule & Hours

Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Nights 7p- 7aw
Weekly Hours: 36/48 rotation
Weekend Requirement: TBD

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Guest Care & Advocacy

Coordinate services with community health, mental health, and social service agencies
Assist individuals with service planning documentation
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Provide individual and family counseling
Participate in educational curriculum development
Supervise and/or provide nursing treatment and monitoring (e.g., diabetes, blood pressure)
Respond to crisis calls for assessment and intervention
Coordinate with external medical and nursing support services including pharmacy and labs

Compliance & Risk Management

Administer medications per protocol
Complete required clinical documentation
Stay current on federal/state regulations and Recovery Innovations policies
Adhere to compliance standards outlined in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with interdisciplinary teams to improve recovery outcomes and medical care

Additional Duties

Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Active RN license in North Carolina
Experience in crisis or behavioral health settings preferred
Ability to start immediately
