Are you an experienced Behavioral Technician with a background in ABA, looking for a role that fits around your life? We’re hiring per diem floaters to support school sites in the Westmont/Inglewood region. This is a great opportunity for those in school, balancing other commitments, or simply looking for flexible part-time work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Jump in to support classrooms as needed across different school sites
- Build rapport quickly with students and staff
- Use your ABA skills to support behavior and communication goals
- Collect data and follow IEPs/BIPs to guide individualized support
- Use visual supports like token boards and schedules proactively
- Assist with personal care routines when needed

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a Behavioral Technician, Therapist, or Interventionist (preferred)
- Strong foundation in ABA principles
- Comfortable working with a range of behaviors
- High school diploma required
- CPR/BLS Certified
