Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – $55/hr | Full-Time | Crowley, TX | 2025–2026 School Year

Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to support an elementary campus in Crowley, TX for the 2025–2026 school year. These in-person roles begin August 12, 2025, and run through May 15, 2026, with virtual interviews available.

Position Overview:

• Location: Crowley, TX (elementary campus; site TBD)

• Start Date: August 12, 2025

• End Date: May 15, 2026

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Hours: 37.5/week

• Modality: In-person only

• Interview Format: Virtual

• Openings: 2

Caseload & Support:

• Caseload: 70–100 students per SLP

• Service Model: Group and 1:1 therapy

• Classroom support provided

• SLPA supervision required

Compensation:

• Rate: $55/hour

• Travel Package (if applicable): $2,000/week

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans

• Provide direct speech-language services in both group and individual settings

• Supervise SLPA and collaborate with classroom staff

• Maintain documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines

Requirements:

• Active Texas SLP license

• CCC-SLP preferred

• CPR certification, TB screening, and health clearance as applicable

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
