The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Caseload Details: |
These students have behavioral needs. At the high school level, it’s mostly disengagement and being socially inappropriate, swearing, etc. There really isn’t significant behavior issues. We are looking for someone who can ignore this type of stuff, but also help them engage in school. It might be sitting with them and helping them or taking them out of the room for a break, etc |
