Amergis Staffing iscurrently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for Cardiac Cath Lab (Cath Lab) assignmentsin Hyannis, MA!

 

Position Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks (+ ability toextend)

Number of Openings: 1

Start Date: 10/13

Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 40 (5×8’s) / Mids (12p-8p) / Mon-Fri

On-Call: rotating nights, weekends, and holidays

 

Setting:

  • Community hospital
  • Pre-procedure, intra-procedure, & post-procedure areas

 

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent RN Cath Lab experience
  • Active MA RN license
  • BLS and ACLS (AHA)

     

    The RN(Cath Lab or Cardiac Cath Lab) specializes in working with patients undergoingcardiac procedures in a catheterization lab.  During cardiaccatheterizations, these specially trained nurses assist the medical team bymonitoring the patient’s vitals, assisting with procedural sedatives, assistingdoctors, technicians, nurses and the patients.

     

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Registered Nurse with a current state license where they will be working
    • ACLS may be required by state/client contract
    • Minimum of 2 years critical care or Cardiac Cath Lab experience preferred
    • Current CPR if applicable
    • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
    • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
    • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
