What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with teachers to create a positive, engaging classroom environment
- Support students with daily routines and learning activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance
- Help ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space for all students
- Assist with toileting and changing as needed

- Experience working with children or in a caregiving role
- Compassion, patience, and a team-player mindset
- Comfort with personal care responsibilities
