Assignment Details
- Start Date: October 6, 2025
- End Date: December 31, 2025 (with possible extension)
- Schedule:
- Mon–Thur | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 40 hours/week
Clinical Scope
- Primary care for all ages
- Acute care: ages 2+
- Wellness exams: ages 0–6 months
- Patient Volume: 7–10 patients/day
- EMR: Athena
- Support Staff: 1 APP + 1 MA
- Onsite Dispensing: Yes
- HomeMed Participation: Yes
Requirements
- Board Certified NP
- Active California NP license
- Certifications: DEA, BLS, CA Dispensing License
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in primary care/family medicine
- Must be seasoned and confident working independently
