Occupational Therapist - Pay $70/Hr. -Travel $2,400/Wk. - Charleston, IL

Position:	OT for 25-26 School Year
Grade Level:	serve students from 3-22
Caseload Details:	Fulltime, 5 days per week.  Frequently 8-12 students per day.
Additional Classroom Support, if any:	PD is provided to staff periodically throughout the year.
Start/End Date of assignment:	October- end of school year
Start/End daily time:	8a – 4p 37.5 hours a week
Break and/or plan time:	Ideally there would be roughly 3-5 hours per week allotted for paperwork.
Specific school building:	Mattoon, Oakland, Chrisman, Kansas and Ashmore (part of Charleston school district).  It would be a combination of supervision and direct services

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible forperforming student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, anddocumenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for eachstudent.   

Minimum Requirements: 

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the Stateof practice 
• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapyexperience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable 
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
