The Long Term Care RN assumes responsibility andaccountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care and/orAssisted Living Facilities. The nursedemonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficientmanner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilitiesin the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standardsand is accountable for managing patient care and assisting others in themanagement of patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Shift: AM 8am-5pm
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Mornings will involve case management and afternoons will involve nursing duties at multiple locations in either east county (El Cajon, Lakeside, Sante) south county (Chula Vista, San Ysidro, National City) or Central (Kearny Mesa etc).
- Mileage reimbursement provided.
Schedule: M-F; 8:30am-5pm
· Pay: $50/hr Local — $20 Travel + Stipends $1400= $2200 weekly gross
· Length: 13 weeks
We need 1 temp that will be responsible for 4 homes- 3 In Santee, 1 Lakeside)
The other will have 4 homes- 3 (Chula Vista, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove)
Description: Mornings will involve case management and afternoons will involve visiting the homes for nursing.
