Registered Nurse (RN) – Corrections | Washington State

Position Overview:
We are actively hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide essential healthcare services within Washington State correctional facilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver care in secure environments while supporting underserved populations. Nurses in these settings play a critical role in stabilizing patients, managing chronic conditions, and responding to urgent medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in correctional settings
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Conduct assessments and respond to medical emergencies
Collaborate with custody staff and behavioral health teams
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety protocols

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Washington or compact state
Minimum one year of nursing experience (Corrections, Psych, ED, or Med Surg preferred)
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
Comfortable working in secure and fast-paced environments
