School Occupational Therapist – Princeton, MA
2025–2026 School Year

Contract Position | Part-Time Schedule

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is proud to partner with a much respected school in Princeton, MA currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to support Elementary students for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and student-focused environment.

Position Overview
As an Occupational Therapist, you will support a caseload of approximately 25 students in grades K–5. You’ll be responsible for screening and evaluating students for OT service eligibility, collaborating with IEP teams to develop and implement individualized goals, and providing both group and individual therapy sessions. You’ll also write progress reports and participate in IEP meetings.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 4 Days/Week

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: Up to $65/hr (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and evaluate students for OT services
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and strategies
  • Provide group and individual therapy sessions
  • Write progress reports and attend IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Support students with fine motor, sensory, and functional skills

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with IEP development and school-based therapy

  • School CORI
  • Fingerprinting
