PositionDetails:
Start Date: Two weeks from offer
Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
Pay Rate: Up to $26/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:15 AM – 2:45 PM

• Must be female
• Must speak Portuguese

RoleOverview:
Seeking a reliable CNA to support an 8th grade female student with cerebralpalsy. The student

iswheelchair-bound and has limited mobility in her left arm. She primarily speaksPortuguese, so fluency is essential. 

Responsibilitiesinclude:
• Assisting with ADLs and toileting
• 1-person transfers
• Carrying materials between classes
• Helping with hygiene and cleanup
• Providing consistent, compassionate care throughout the school day

AdditionalInfo:
This is a full-time school-year position. Reliability is key, as the student isexpected to attend daily. A time and travel guarantee is in place, but if thestudent is out with more than 24 hours’ notice, the CNA may not be needed thatday. The nursing director does not anticipate this being a frequent issue.

The CNA School Aide provides support services in various settings, including one-on-one, classroom support, and health office clinics.  Services may include instructional support, personal care, behavioral assistance, and basic health services in the health clinic. This individua

l works under the supervision of the district school nurse or a clinical designee.
