The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational andbehavioral services with children and adults with special needs andcollaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists toachieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Caseload Details: |
HS – Self contained classroom. This classroom would be for 9-12 grade students who attend some general education classes and mostly learn in our classroom of 8 students and 4 current adults. This candidate would be the 5th. They receive speech, social work, and occupational therapy in the classroom, too. There is some lifting and assistance in the restroom involved. Some of our students also need assistance eating. |
