Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Outpatient Opioid Treatment Center
Location: Culpeper, VA
Schedule: 5a-1p M-F, every other weekend
Amergis is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team at an outpatient opioid treatment center in Culpeper, VA. This role is primarily focused on medication administration, with approximately 90% of duties involving dispensing medication to patients through the pharmacy window.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and dispense prescribed medications to patients in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
- Support the physician with patient physicals and urine analyses as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in the state of Virginia.
- Experience in substance use treatment or outpatient care preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
