Physician – Family Medicine 

Student Health Clinic | Outpatient Only

 Assignment Details

• Start Date: ASAP (must start within ~3 weeks)
• Schedule:
• Weekly Hours: 36.25
• Clinic Closed: 11/27–28, 12/25–26, 1/1–2, 1/19
• Patient Volume: 12–14 patients/day

Clinical Scope

• Outpatient primary care for students ages 17 through ~40s
• Diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Support Staff:
• ~14 providers total (MD/DO, NP/PA, LCSW, LPC, PMHNP)
• Multiple RNs + practice managers
• No call or callback responsibilities

? Requirements

• MD/DO with active New Jersey license
• Board Certified 
• Must have completed residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Minimum 2 years post-residency experience in primary care and/or urgent care
