We are seeking a passionate and qualified School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Vallejo, CA for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, in-person position with an immediate start, offering a rewarding opportunity to support students’ development and success in the classroom.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct evaluations to identify students’ occupational therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services in a school setting.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.   


Minimum Requirements:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
