Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Brockton, MA who is currently seeking a School Psychologist Diagnostician to work with students on a contractual basis.

Details of the Position Include:

Pay Rate: $75/hour (based on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2025-26 SY
Schedule: Flexible part-time or full-time; on-site presence required only for direct assessments. All other responsibilities may be completed remotely.
Requirements: Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations for preschool-aged children; ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; strong communication and documentation skills.
Description:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for preschool-aged children referred for special education eligibility
Collaborate with related service professionals (SLPs, OTs, PTs)
Interpret assessment results and contribute to eligibility determinations and IEP development
Participate in team meetings and complete documentation in a timely, professional manner
Perform non-assessment tasks remotely (e.g., report writing, data entry, communication)

The School Psychologist works to support students through a variety of mental health and developmental issues and aids in qualifying students for additional support services. The School Psychologist is responsible for providing on-site psychological services to students under the jurisdiction of the state and district.

Minimum Requirements:

Must maintain current State licensures and/or certifications in state of assignment
Experience in pediatric and adolescent population is preferred
Master’s degree in psychology preferred
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
