1.1 BT/RBT

AmergisEducational Staffing is excited to partner with a school in Falmouth, MA tohire a dedicated 1:1 RBT or BT in a middle school setting .

Position Details:

• Start Date: two weeks from offer
• Duration: 15 Hours / Week for 2025/26 SY OR 30 Hours / Week and will be reevaluated in January 2026. 
• Pay Rate: RBT – Up to $29/hour, BT Up to $27/hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday – 8:00AM – 11:00 AM or- M-F 

  – 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM  

Working 1:1 w/ 14-year-old student in thetherapeutic learning center. RBT will be required to follow a behavior supportplan, academic work is presented with discrete trials, student uses assistivetechnology to communicate

The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable   
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
